Our first session will demonstrate tools that can streamline daily activities and impact the overall communication and collaboration in your organization. Microsoft SharePoint helps you to manage company policies, manuals and human resource documents that employees can easily access. You will see the automation of common work tasks such as leave requests and hiring new employees. SharePoint can also be used as an organization's Intranet portal that will hold company templates, documents, event information, announcements and more.

Our second session will focus on training. As an organization, you need to know how to customize the training experience for all the different members of your staff. The most effective ways of training employees will be presented along with ways to measure your training ROI. RK Dixon will also illustrate training tools for HR, such as a SharePoint Portal Application to schedule and manage internal training classes and quizzing. We will also be highlighting web-based training, which is a powerful tool for reaching multiple employees in multiple locations. Overall, this session will showcase ways to increase productivity and efficiency resulting in time and cost savings.
