– Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois will hold a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for the new wing of the General Wayne A. Downing Home for Veterans. The addition to the home will allow us to provide housing for 15 homeless veterans. Local dignitaries are anticipated to attend.
