Description
The East Peoria Chamber of Commerce Leadership School offers a unique opportunity to enhance leadership skills and network with other business professionals in the area. The school provides engaging educational and leadership skill development opportunities for individuals who, in turn, give back to the business, civic, and service needs of the communities in which they live and work. Participants in the EPCC Leadership School will:
• Develop tactical leadership skills beyond those they currently possess
• Expand their knowledge and understanding of the local business community.
Participation guidelines: A participant will get the most of their leadership school experience by actively participating in each session. Participants will be required to attend class and work on a small-group project at scheduled times during and outside of class if needed.
