Description
It's more than just a dinner - it's a celebration of the past year of business in our community. The event recaps programs and events, highlights member achievement, and awards the East Peoria Distinguished Citizen, Company of the Year, Ambassador of the Year and Green Company of the Year.
This year's guest speaker is D. James (Jim) Umpleby, a group president of Caterpillar Inc. He is responsible for Caterpillar's Energy & Transportation segment, which had more than $20 billion in sales in 2013 and includes the following divisions: Marine & Petroleum Power, Electric Power, Solar Turbines, Industrial Power Systems, Large Power Systems and Rail (EMD locomotives & Progress Rail Services).
